We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Southwark to assist with the appointment of an Administration Officer, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Responsibilities: Maintain electronic files, databases and information making best use of Microsoft word, excel, access and Power Point. Maintain an efficient electronic filing system, to enable information to be easily retrieved. Prepare case list for MARAC meeting discussion. To accurately record minutes of cases discussions and associated actions at the fortnightly MARAC meeting. Provide statistical information on request for Safelives submission and other monitoring purposes. To work independently and manage own workload. To ensure that all tasks are completed to agreed timescales, standards of accuracy and presentation. Qualifications: Knowledge of Community Safety and the area of Violence Against Women and Girls would be beneficial but not essential for this role. Experience of previous working in a Community Safety related discipline would be an advantage but not essential. l T literacy and use of office applications for the compilation and presentation of statistics and reports - word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software. Ability to work effectively on own initiative and without constant supervision. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
