Senior Structural Engineer Senior Structural Engineer Location: Cardiff, Wales Salary: Up to £55k + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday The Client: Our client is a well-established Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy delivering successful projects on time and within budget consistently. They offer a collaborative environment and exciting project opportunities. The Role: As a Structural Engineer, you will be managing and producing structural designs across diverse projects. Additionally, youll play a crucial role in project management, assisting Directors in delivering successful outcomes. Duties: Lead technical aspects of projects Generate design calculations, drawings, and reports Coordinate designs with team members Attend meetings and conduct structural surveys Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors Assist Directors in managing project deliverables Supervise and mentor Graduate Engineers Check and review designs and drawings Contribute to commercial and managerial duties Promote social value standards within the business Requirements: Previously worked as a Structural Engineer or in a similar role. Possess 3+ years experience in structural engineering.
