Are you a well-established Assistant Manager passionate about freshly prepared food Do you have experience in the grab-and-go food industry If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Store Manager. Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager – Café Concept: Support the GM with day-to-day operations of the cafe. Lead and supervise cafe staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. Prioritize excellent customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly. Uphold high standards for food and beverage quality, monitoring presentation and taste consistency. Efficiently manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed. Effectively control operational costs and implement measures to optimize resource utilization. Implement and enforce health and safety standards, conducting regular safety inspections. Contribute to the professional development of cafe staff, providing guidance and support. Cultivate a positive and productive work atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and cooperation. Address operational issues promptly and collaborate with staff to find solutions. Be adaptable to changing circumstances and implement improvements based on feedback and trends.
