These are Urgent & New Hirings!We have an immediate need for Collision Auto Body Technicians in the following locations in Arizona. Arizona Branch Locations:?1186 W University Ave # 1, Flagstaff, AZ 86001?2245 Shelby Dr., Sedona, AZ 86336?1900 North Moonrise Drive, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 Position Title: Collision TechnicianDepartment: OperationsReports to: General Manager Position Summary:The Collision Technician repairs vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Kaizen Collision Centers S.O.P., insurance partner, and industry guidelines/standards.Responsibilities:?Examines damaged vehicles and efficiently plans repair process.?Works and communicates with others on vehicle repair status.?Thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle.?Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.?Makes decisions on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.?Attend/collaborate with the team during daily production meetings.?Stay up to date with required I-Car and Company Safety Training.
