Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Intermediate Tunnel Engineer to join the Infrastructure group in our Tunnel Team onsite our Squamesh, B. C. project office location. As the successful candidate, you will: • Provide QA/QC evaluation, analysis and interpretation of site investigation and laboratory programs in developing design basis • Soil and Rock classifications • Mapping and recording ground conditions during construction • Writing technical memos, reports, work plans, and scope changes • Assist with proposals and developing work plans • Technical data processing analysis • Analytical design calculations • Develop designs from inception, feasibility, conceptual, preliminary and detail phases. • Prepare project design calculations, drawings and specifications • Assist Senior Project Engineers • Independently responsible for a variety of engineering assignments • Proficient in complex engineering applications, such as research, design and product application • Work independently.
