Your Role As the AV Service Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch support for a leading London based corporate organisation. Your responsibilities include on-site servicing, maintenance, and meticulous record-keeping. You will manage offsite repairs, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and be the linchpin between cutting-edge AV technology and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, maintain, test, and repair the on-site Audio-Visual portfolio. Ensure smooth running of meetings and events with flexibility for large-scale functions Optimize video conferencing systems, meetings, and rooms. Proactively perform preventative maintenance and room checks. Monitor and report on AV network usage, progress, and traffic. Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
