The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. About the position Ensure the internal and external housekeeping teams operate efficiently and effectively. Strive to achieve the utmost cleanliness standards and organizes diverse deep cleaning schedules. Collaborate closely with our external housekeeping partner and internal departments for seamless operations. Implement stringent quality control measures, such as random room checks and analysis of guest feedback, to maintain consistently high cleaning and service standards. Oversee the monitoring and management of cleaning supplies and guest amenities inventory to guarantee ample availability. Attend outsourcing meetings and allocates rooms and tasks according to business requirements. Maintain a delicate balance between quality and cost-effectiveness. Leads by example and actively engages with the team to create an exceptional guest experience. Manage and upholds housekeeper and housemen incentive-based inspection programs. The ideal candidate Proven experience in a housekeeping or similar role in a hotel. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
