We are looking for a Driver to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company based on the Wirral. The Package: The basic salary for the Driver role is £11.99 ph. ½ hour lunch break unpaid 20 days' holiday, after 3 years' an additional day is added incrementally, up to 5 years' Pension: 3 employer contribution Onsite parking The standard working hours for this role are 08.30-17.00 M-FWe are looking for a Driver to work on a permanent basis for a well-established company based on the Wirral. The Role: In the Driver role you will be responsible for representing the business in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be tasked with: Delivering goods to customers on time and in good condition. Collecting goods from customers’ sites and returning to workshop. Assisting customers on site to load and unload goods. Communicating any requirements from customers to the line manager. Maintaining safe and clean vehicles. Assisting with ad-hoc labouring requirements when necessary. Opportunities for overtime. The Candidate: To be the right person for the Driver role you will ideally hold a full clean UK driving licence. You will also need: Held a full UK Driving licence for at least 3 years. Experience of driving a variety of vehicles, such as box vans and flatbed, 1 tonne drop-side vans. Desired experience: Working within a B2B environment. FLT experience / certified.
