Job Title: Bilingual Technology Recruiter Job location: Montreal, QC - Hybrid Job Summary: Capgemini is seeking a contract Talent Acquisition team member that will work directly with our business partners. This position will be working in a fast-paced, exciting technical consulting environment and with some of the brightest and most dedicated technical experts. The technical recruiter will have the opportunity to collaborate with top financial services companies and will be able to try new and innovative things making the role more exciting. Key Responsibilities: Act within a full life cycle recruitment opportunity. Own the recruitment process from beginning to end. Source, handle, and track candidate information using provided tools and resources. Keeping the ATS updated throughout the process. Partner with internal business teams to determine the best sourcing and posting strategies to identify top talent for the team. Conduct in-depth candidate screening to ensure that managers receive strong candidates. Follow up with candidates to deliver the best candidate experience in the market. Operate with set of SLAs and key performance indicators using the provided resources and tools to successfully meet those goals/objectives. Required Skills: Several years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or agency environment. Ability to work independently as a Talent Advisor and collaborate as part of a tight knit team. Ability to efficiently screen candidates, maintain an accurate ATS, and provide timely communication and updates to applicants and hiring managers. Knowledge of compliance and immigration laws/processes is a definite asset. Bilingual (French/English) are required.
