CNC Machinist, CNC Turner, CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, CNC Setter, CNC Miller, CNC, Precision Precision CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer DMG MORI / HURCO Location: Cupar, Fife Salary: £17.40 - £21.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday 40hours The Client: Our client, a prominent manufacturing firm, specialises in producing precision parts using CNC turning machines. The Role: As a Precision CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning machines. Duties: Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce small precision parts. Programme and operate CNC machines, including DMG MORI, HURCO, etc. Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings for machining requirements. Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and tooling. Monitor operations, make adjustments, and ensure quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance for optimal machine performance. Requirements: Proven experience in Precision CNC Turning as a Programmer, Setter Operator. Possess 2 years' experience of CNC programming. Proficiency in CNC Turning Machining Centres, particularly NLX 2500-700 and NLX 2000-500. Track record of producing small precision parts with tolerances to 0.005. Benefits: Canteen facilities.
