Prince George Ready Mix (PGRM) is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team as a Quality Control Technician. Primary Responsibilities include: • Familiarity with relevant specifications and test procedures (training provided) • Collecting samples for quality control • Aggregate testing during crusher production • Aggregate testing during wash plant operation • Testing of fresh concrete as required (air, slump, etc. ) • Testing of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) as required • Report to Technical Supervisor • Notification of senior team members of non-compliance • Production of test result reports • Dissemination of test results to relevant parties • Display good communication • Maintains high standard of workmanship and professionalism • Compliance with Health and Safety program • Participation in safety meeting, tailgate and toolbox • Liaise with colleagues, supervisor.
