In this role, you will: Acquisitions and Divestitutres Analyze financial metrics for targets and comparable companies Conduct in-depth research on the targets/industry related to valuation, shareholder analysis, profitability trends, etc. Assist in preparing presentations for Executive discussion/approval Participate in due diligence of potential acquisition targets, which includes analyzing the impact of such transactions on the Bank’s operations, earnings, ROE, and capital Participate in the sale processes, including populating and managing the dataroom Corporate Restructuring Provide support on corporate restructuring initiatives Assist with executing plans to optimize the Bank’s capital allocation strategy, improve the Bank and its subsidiaries’ operating financial, and tax efficiency Complete other projects, as assigned.
