The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects for hospitals or health insurance companies and be familiar with concepts and processes from both the healthcare and software industries.Responsibilities-- Manages customer project delivery.-- Small to medium /straightforward/ local scope.-- Manages project financials including P&L.-- Provides reliable financial forecasts to management.-- Manages client relationships for assigned projects.-- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.-- Manages project team of internal and external resources with a team size less than 20 people.-- Encourages skill development of project team members.-- Provides performance feedback for team members.Education and Experience-- Bachelor's degree-- 7 years' experience in project management or in like roles/businessesKnowledge and Skills-- Understands healthcare delivery or health insurance management.-- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project support, client relations, IT industry, accounting, and time recording/effort tracking.-- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project management methods and tools including MS Office and MS Project.-- Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes-- Participates in the Professional community.-- On a development plan to build project management skills.
