With Ohio credit unions serving one in four Ohioans, advocating for credit union growth and success is a leading organization priority. Who you are: Creative with a graphic design touch. Comfortable with multi-tasking and working on diverse projects and with diverse teams. Entrepreneurial minded and passionate about service. Innovative, adaptable, and resourceful. What you will do: Coordinate and execute both internal and external marketing activities. Assist in the production of enterprise-wide collateral, including the development and execution of email, digital, social media, and content materials. Create original and visually engaging content. Monitor marketing research to enhance member and partner engagement. What you need: Equivalent to a two-year college degree in a relevant field and/or relevant experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Confidence with CMS platforms (WordPress) and social content creation and planning tools (Hootsuite, Canva) is essential. Ability to handle tight deadlines and make independent decisions critical to job success. Self-starter, collaboration-oriented, and able to work with different personalities and professional styles.
