Are you a BCBA located in the Cleveland area with demonstrated experience working with early learners who is also looking for a work-life balance? If so, New Heights ABA would love to connect with you! New Heights ABA is actively seeking an experienced BCBA who can competently and confidently provide clinical direction and behavior reduction protocols to clients 1- 8 years of age who have been diagnosed with autism. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a caseload of center-based clients (focused and comprehensive care) in addition to providing behavior technician guidance/supervision/training, parent coaching, and direct care for 35 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can also act as a mentor to RBT and RBTs seeking BACB credential. ** We are seeking a hands-on BCBA - not an "office" BCBA. ** The ideal candidate will be an enthusiast/energetic team player who is willing to model expected programming/behavior protocols to technicians and is comfortable engaging in person with families on a regular basis. In addition, this BCBA will be skilled at conducting social groups with our early learners as we prepare them for school and other social situations. Responsibilities: Initial assessments/parent interviews, assessment reports, treatment and behavior plans Client observation across settings/followup procedures BT supervision across client caseload Observation and analysis of the data/FAs as required Ongoing program development Integrate appropriate antecedent strategies for desired behavior Staff / caregiver training Social groups design/implementation Progress notes to align with insurance renewals/re-authorizations Treatment fidelity assessments Behavior data / session note review and action plans RBT supervision and behavior skills training to meet BACB guidelines Supervisor for RBT Student Practitioners Lead/Attend client/staff meetings Conducting fidelities checks company-wide Representing company at various marketing/sponsorship events Minimum Training and Experience: BCBA certification with at least one (1+) year of experience working as a BCBA/supervisor designing ABA programs for children under 10 with autism, training parents and instructors how to implement interventions, and supervision of behavioral staff. COBA certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months COMPETENCY with delivery EIBI assessment/programming to children 1-10 years of age Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science Completion of the required 8-hour online supervision training Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Social Skills, etc. Experience using electronic data collection within Catalyst.
