Paid Holidays Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities COMPENSATION : $28/hr to $35/hr DOE REQUIREMENTS : 3+ years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation. Ability to read and interpret hand-drawn diagrams and blueprints. Willing and able to work in a crawlspace and attic in extreme temperatures. Universal EPA Certification. Valid driver's license and insurable driving history. Advanced customer service skills. Ability to work as a team. Ability to train entry-level installers. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60 RESPONSIBILITIES : Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures. Perform proper start-up procedures for ducted and ductless systems and accessories. Turn in all completed paperwork and related forms for billing and processing. Install ductwork Always promote positive company culture. Provide customers with information about the entire company portfolio. Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude. Cleanliness of company vehicle. Advanced customer service skills.
