Responsibilities include management of community-based supported living services for persons with disabilities in and around the Marshalltown area, providing staff supervision and support, monitoring documentation, billing and budget. Good communication skills and the ability to develop a strong team and positive culture are musts. Qualifications include a BA in a human service or similar field and experience working with persons with disabilities and supervision of staff.
