This is the job for you! We are looking for someone to answer incoming calls and book services. Our customer service representatives also are responsible for maintaining the software database to promote client retention on contracts. Develop strategies with the service manager to promote growth and sustainability of work. Complete outbound calls to explain the warranty of new equipment sales and program benefits. Maintain customer database with current information. Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Customer service skills Professional phone skills Energetic personality Proficiency in MS Office Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task Must be able to work independently
