Global C2 Integration Technologies is seeking a Senior-level Electronics Engineer to lead the Systems Laboratory for the Pocket J maintenance, Cybersecurity, and systems upgrade program team. PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as the Systems Laboratory lead for the Pocket J systems maintenance, Cybersecurity, and systems upgrades program. Pocket J is the primary ground-based Tactical Data Link (TDL) Gateway supporting Headquarters Air Combat Command and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) air sovereignty missions for Home Land Defense (HLD) in direct, functional support of the Continental United States (CONUS) NORAD Region (CONR) Concept of Operations. Skills Required: • Current Secret security clearance• B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering• Demonstrated senior-level experience (7+ years) with military electronics microprocessor-based systems, real-time networks, computer graphics, and analog and digital electronics• Experience with the design, development, and integration of military electronics systems• Experience solving system and equipment operating and integration problems• Experience with hardware development, integration/implementation, analysis, and evaluations• Experience leading a functional area team• Recent, relevant experience interfacing with government and contractor personnel• Experience with technical and professional writing• Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications• Sound organizational, interpersonal communications and writing skillsDesired Qualifications/Experience :• Current Top Secret security clearance• 12 years DoD experience as a military and/or contractor personnel• Experience leading a lab facility• Experience leading a geographically dispersed team• Previous Pocket J or similar DLO-TDL network support experience• Cybersecurity background / experience• Master's Degree Location: Austin, TX Clearance Required: Current Secret security clearance Job Type: Full-time, Contract - Contingent Upon Contract Award Compensation: Based on experience Please email inquiries to: XXXX@gc2it.com Global C2 Integration Technologies is a Veteran Owned/Disabled Small Business that provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
