We have an amazing opportunity to bring aboard one (1) additional, experienced full-time HVAC Service Manager to join our Service Management Team. Responsibilities of our HVAC Service Managers include: Supervision of HVAC technicians and Dispatchers. Coordinating installations, maintenance, and repairs. Generating quotes and ordering parts. Providing necessary training for technicians to ensure they are performing effectively. Interviewing potential technicians. Responding to customer questions and complaints. Assisting with the creation and enforcement of company policies and procedures. Coaching technicians: performance reviews and disciplinary action when required.
