Ohio Dominican University's Division of Mathematics, Computer, and Natural Sciences seeks adjunct faculty to teach in general, organic, and analytical chemistry. The Division offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Exercise Science, and Physician Assistant Studies. Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a Master's degree in an associated field of biology with Ph.D. preferred. Previous experience teaching in higher education a plus. Ohio Dominican University is continually searching for part-time adjunct faculty members to teach in a variety of academic disciplines. We maintain a file of potential candidates that we review when a specific need arises. We contact candidates when we find a match and keep these positions continually posted so that we can maintain an active and up to date pool. Ohio Dominican offers classes in the daytime, at night, and online in a variety of academic disciplines. Minimum qualifications to teach courses at the university include a master's degree and a strong interest in teaching. Prior teaching experience, especially of adult learners, is a plus. Again, we are continually searching for adjuncts on as need basis. If there is a suitable opening, the University will contact qualified applicants for an interview.
