First Resources Corp. of Ottumwa is looking for an Adult Day Hab Professional. The ideal candidate will be r esponsible for the supervision and training of people with disabilities to develop, maintain and increase/maximize their personal capabilities; physical and emotional growth, communication, socialization, community integration, and basic educational experiences. Also responsible for engaging individuals in community-based activities and promoting community involvement As a Adult Day Hab (ADH) Professional you will be there to provide support, assistance, and instruction in learning independent living skills like: Community Awareness/Integration Socialization Cooking Personal hygiene and cares as needed Goal Setting and achieving Communication and self-expression needs Coping skills Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record and show proof of auto insurance. Satisfactory results on background check Experience is preferred, but not required. We provide the training and tools that you need to be successful at First Resources Crop.
