Clark County, Indiana, Government on behalf of the Clark County Sheriff Department, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of LPN. A detailed job description is attached.In summary, the Corrections LPN, serves as a Clark County Sheriff's Office civilian employee whose primary responsibility is to, under the supervision of the jail physician, perform a variety of professional nursing services for inmates within the facility related to planning, organizing, monitoring and implementing nursing and medical services.The attached job description provides a list of duties, job requirements and responsibilities, personal work relationships, and physical effort and work environment.The successful candidate for this position must be a current Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing with the Indiana State Board of Nursing and meet the other listed job requirements.The usual schedule includes one weekend of work per month; all major holidays off as well as all but one weekend per month.
