Description:
Performs any combination of tasks involving the dismembering and cutting the carcass to facilitate further processing. The split saw operator will saw the carcass in half along the backbone of the beef sides. This job is very physically demanding and requires that you operate an elevator type of platform with your foot while cutting carcass in half. This job requires that you perform the job moving 6-8 ft up and down while performing the task. Starting wage is $17/hr and $20.50 once qualified. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
