Head Housekeeper - Luxury Hotel – Hertfordshire Location: Hertfordshire Salary: Up to £38,000We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to join this successful hotel in Hertfordshire You will be responsible for providing both strategic and hands-on leadership in directing the housekeeping operations to ensure the department achieves its goals and effectively contributes to the guest experience whilst maintaining high standards. Reporting directly into the General Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: MAIN DUTIES: Leadership and management of a small team Ensure all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations are strictly enforced in line with the standards to ensure guests and colleagues' safety Responsible for the department budget and forecast and ensuring cost control throughout the division Liaise with Executive Management and other departments to monitor service quality, plan unique guest experiences, ensure SOPs and method of working are constantly improved in order to maximise guest and team satisfaction IDEAL REQUIREMENTSCurrently be working as a Head/Senior Housekeeper within a 4 or 5 hotel Superb attention to detail and understanding of a luxury brand Strong leadership and motivational skills which are capable of nurturing, developing and inspiring a team Highly driven and motivated individual and be an expert in your field Exceptional organisation skillinteractioncellent customer service skills for guest interaction If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to ed@Get social……. http: ////COREcruitment DOTcom/Tweet us @COREcruitment.
