The Role: We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Billing and Claims Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and claims. Responsibilities: • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and claims• Follow up on pending claims and denials, and resolve any issues or discrepancies in billing• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve claim-related inquiries• Managing relationships with clients and carriers• Maintain client records and claim information up to date• Assist in preparing and submitting appeals for denied claims• Collaborate with the billing team to improve processes and identify areas for efficiency and accuracy enhancement Collaborate with the billing team to improve processes and identify areas for efficiency and accuracy enhancement Qualifications: • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Billing and Claims Support Specialist• Degree in Accounting or equivalent training• Hands-on experience using accounting software• Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems. • Located in Montreal, Quebec• Fluent in English and French• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
