You will be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth. To be successful as a Digital Marketing specialist you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends.A good Digital Marketing specialist values quality content as well as technical insight to optimize the website for search engines[Job Description]The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on increasing conversion rates, ROI, and revenue.The candidate will have a core understanding of media metrics and ability to report, QA and implement across performance marketing channels.Help manage and monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple channels, including social and displaySupport campaign performance reporting and analysis across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and dimensions such as audience and creativeUtilize data-driven insights to make optimization recommendations (e.g. adjusting targeting, messaging, and creative)Assisting in the development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goalsManage creative uploads and mapping across performance channelsAssist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performanceDeveloping and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsEnsuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsIdentifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metricsImplementing marketing automation and lead generation strategiesWorking closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results[Qualifications]Minimum of 2 years experience in SEO/digital marketing or/and 3 years experience data analytic related backgroundOutstanding customer service skills, in any industryStrong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag ManagerAbility to conduct critical analysis and identify key insightsPrevious work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channelsIn-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWordsDeep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholdersExceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalizedProven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROIOutstanding presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management skillsCritical thinker and creativeBachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field[What's On Offer]We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and paid time offPowered by JazzHR
