Description:

The Registered Dietitian will counsel patients in weight loss ranging from the OPTIFAST program, to very low calorie diet food plans. You will work closely with our Clinical Director to help patients tackle their weight loss challenges and develop individualized plans. The RD will emphasize lifestyle change, increased physical activity and healthy eating. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and feedback on our programs and processes. We are looking for energetic, friendly faces to take our patient experience to the next level.Responsibilities:Provide weight loss and general nutritional counseling to patientsProvide education, motivation and support to patientsEmphasize lifestyle change, increased physical activity and healthy eatingWork in both 1 on 1 and group sessionsSeparate maintenance counseling for those that have completed the initial programEffectively communicate with physicians, nurse practitioners and medical assistantsWork with our Clinical Director to create meal plans and implement standard processesTrack patient contact through our CRMLead orientations to convert new patientsLead classes to help educate patientsQualifications:Obtained a RD credentialFluency in Google Workplace Apps (or Microsoft Office Suite)Excellent communication skillsHigh-level time management and organizationStrong work ethic and performance standardsAn outgoing and energetic personalityClinic hours include some evenings and weekends but can be flexible.
