The Valet Manager will be tasked with directing, leading, managing, organizing, planning, and supervising all front service valet functions to achieve and maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all our Playground guests. Work Schedule: Variable work schedule - minimum 40 hours - hours may change depending on business needs Responsibilities : Manages the valet service functions to ensure that outstanding customer service is provided through proper staffing and team member training Identify and submit requests for asset requirements for the valet department (equipment, uniforms, etc. ) Manages all valet and parking attendant staff (hiring, scheduling, coaching, evaluations, disciplinary, etc. ) Manage Playground bus service to include scheduling drivers and coordinating with Player Services for route details Create and manage the department's annual budget, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines and that all operations are within budget Provide excellent customer service to guests and lead by example with the team Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner Monitor the parking lot to ensure it operates in an orderly and safe manner Follow safety guidelines when parking customer’s vehicles Keep written records of all customer transactions Provide daily update reports to upper management Write reports and/or involve authorities on any incidences when necessary Maintain the valet area ensuring it is clean and organized.
