A technical background in mechanical, electrical disciplines is preferable. We are delighted to be working exclusively with a high profile luxury PLC at the forefront of innovation and invention. Sought, is a formidable part qualified, finals standard or recently qualified Patent Attorney who is eager to join a collegiate in-house environment. You’ll be an astute part qualified, finals standard or recently qualified Patent Attorney with a clear passion to work in-house. A technical background in mechanical, electrical disciplines is preferable. Complementing the strong existing team dynamic, you’ll be largely involved in contentious work where your commercial and technical savviness will be fully utilised and developed. You'll be involved in filing and prosecuting patent applications globally, provide opinions on infringement and validity of patents as well as support patent monetisation and litigation activities. As a self-starter you’ll be adept at managing your own workload, deadlines and be given the flexibility to further develop in areas that interest you the most within a truly supportive environment.
