Job Title: Business Analyst (RLAM) Contract Type: Permanent Working style: Hybrid 50 home/office based Closing date: 22nd January 2023 We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the RLAM Change Team on a permanent basis in London to support our Investments and Front Office teams. As a Business Analyst, you will be an expert in data change providing deep technical expertise in business analysis or related design specialisms. This role will contribute specifically to the delivery of front office investment projects such as fund launches, target operating models for new capabilities such as Private Assets, and other investment vehicles. About the role : Investigates, documents, and analyses current business processes in the Front Office and identifies the organisational units which undertake activities and supports the business.Identifies alternatives, backsses feasibility, and recommends new approaches considering Risk, Cost and Benefits.Undertakes modelling for significant projects or programmes of change, working with senior investments stakeholders to validate.Applies and monitors the use of required modelling and analysis tools, methods, and standards in an intelligent and effective way.Utilises previous experience and skills to backss and advise on the practicality of alternatives. About you : Previous experience as a Business Analyst within Investment and Front Office (FO), having worked previously on projects with agile squads and/or scrums. : Knowledge and understanding of various asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, ). Experienced in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Applies specialist knowledge across various business areas and maintains commercial and customer focused. Establishes and maintains relationships with senior business stakeholders. Expert on Business Analysis and related Modelling, design, and business concepts.
