The Role As a Private Client Solicitor, you will oversee various private client matters, including trusts, tax planning, wills, inheritance, and estate administration and provide practical solutions to resolve conflicts and offer guidance on issue resolution. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer or in a similar role. Possess 3+ Years PQE. Strong knowledge of private client law. Exceptional technical skills covering all facets of wills, tax, and probate responsibilities. Capability to manage full caseload. STEP qualification would be beneficial. Familiarity with Court of Protection applications, such as statutory wills, would be advantageous.
