As a result, you will get to learn, grow, and experiment within different areas of both Scotiabank and Tangerine! Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end campus talent acquisition, including building, executing, and developing on campus strategy. Help create and deliver presentations on and off campus. Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates across various geographies through all stages of the recruiting pipeline. Plan, manage, and execute events and large-scale conferences. Work and negotiate with key vendors and internal business leaders. Travel (by car, rail and plane) within Canada to various Universities and Colleges.
