The successful applicant may be eligible for an annual full-time incentive of up to $2,000 each year until 2024 as per MOU #31 of the current MNU collective agreement. Position Overview Reporting to the Clinical Services Manager, the incumbent is responsible for practicing as a member of the Home Hemodialysis Nursing team, utilizing nursing process in the backssment, care and teaching of Home Hemodialysis patient at SOGH, a community facility or in the patient home. Experience Minimum three (3) years in Nephrology Nursing required. Evidence of clinical expertise in Hemodialysis required. Previous teaching experience an asset. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate) Baccalaureate of Nursing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Manitoba Nephrology Nursing course required (MNNC). Successful completion of the Canadian Nurses Association Nephrology certification is preferred. Certification/Licensure/Registration Current C. R. N. M. registration required. CNA Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred. Valid Manitoba Drivers’ License required.
