Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, both internal and external sales teams, and agents to secure profitable orders effectively. 2. Customer Requirement Interpretation: Accurately comprehend customer needs and recommend suitable solutions from our product range. 3. Provide detailed costing for sales enquiries identifying the most cost-efficient method of manufacture so as to provide the best opportunity to win orders 5. Customer Visits: Conduct customer visits when necessary to strengthen relationships and gain insights into their evolving needs. 6. Team Collaboration: Work as an effective team member, providing expertise in control and choke valve solutions, and offering assistance to colleagues as required. 8. Additional Duties: Fulfil any other tasks as required to meet the company's needs. 9. Continuous Development: Actively participate in training sessions, seminars, and ongoing development opportunities to stay updated on technical advancements. 10. Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to the preparation and delivery of annual Input, Sales & Profit budgets aligned with Weir's product range strategy expectations. 11.
