This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is located at our headquarters office in Columbus, Ohio at 4 Easton Oval. PRIMAR Y FUNCTIONS : C onsolidating and analyzing various types of data, taking i n to a cc ou n t c ompa n y ' s goals and financial standing P r o viding c r eati v e alternati v es and r e c ommendations to r edu c e c osts and imp rov e per f orman c e Assembling and summarizing data to structu r e sophisticated r eports Support the d e v elopme n t of o r ganizational goals b y c o n tributing in f ormation, anal y sis, and r e c ommendations to strategic thinking, establishing functional objecti v es in line with o r ganizational objecti v es Supports the establishme n t of strategies b y e v aluating t r ends; establishing critical measu r eme n ts; d e termining p r oduction, p r oductivit y , qualit y , and custome r -servi c e strategies; designing s y stems; a c cumulating r esou r c es; r esolving p r oblems; impleme n ting change Support the d e v elopme n t o r ganization p r ospects b y studying t r ends and r e v enue opportunities; p r ojecting a c quisition and e xpansion p r ospects; analyzing o r ganization operations; ide n tifying opportunities f or imp rov eme n t, c ost r eduction, and s y stems enhan c eme n t; a c cumulating capital to fund expenses A dditional duties as assigned including general excel work and reporting QUALIFIC A TIONS: A bachelor ' s deg r ee in Mathematics, C omputer Scien c e, S tatistics or Ec onomics and / or equi v ale n t w ork e xperien c e 2-3 y ears of analyzing datas e ts and c omp r ehensi v e r eporting Data Visualization skills preferred Excel skills required (intermediate or higher level) SQL skills required Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio experience preferred Data collection, data mapping, and relational database experience strongly recommended Ability to analy z e la r ge datas e ts S t r ong v erbal and written skills An analytical mind and inclination f or p r oblem solving A tte n tion to d e tail Defining n e w data c ollection , anal y sis, and streamlining p r o c esses Ability to d e v elop (i.e., th r ough teaching, training, e ) the p r o f essional skills of empl oy ees strongly recommended QUALIFIC A TIONS CONTINUED: Ability to analy z e and e v aluate people, data, and things to d e termine c ourses of action 1-2 y ears di r ect hi r e r ecruiting e xperien c e strongly recommended.
