Position: Customer Service Representative Term: Contract-1 year Location: Concord, ON Reporting to the CSR Lead, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the dispatching process. As the first point of contact the CSR must be able to enter customer orders accurately and courteously, while leveraging a high level of industry knowledge. The CSR is responsible for handling a variety of customer concerns, including pricing inquiries, product recommendations, adjustments to ongoing orders, troubleshooting delivery issues and communicating with the distribution team, in order to ensure seamless on-time delivery. Various administrative duties may be assigned based on departmental needs. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the main point of contact for account and COD customers throughout the ordering process.
