Multi Skilled Engineer – Global Beer Brand – Bedford / London - Up to £45k + Benefits My client is one of the most popular International Beer Brands which is highly represented across the world. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer at this global brand, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our brewery equipment. You will be responsible for both proactive maintenance and swift response to breakdowns, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality in our beer production. This role will require 4 days per week in Bedford but will includes overtime and allowances. Lead Engineer Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on brewery equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Participate in equipment upgrades, installations, and improvements. Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment operation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and automation issues. Keep inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed. The ideal Lead Engineer will have: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably in a brewery or food/beverage production setting. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in automation and control systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. A proactive and safety-oriented mindset.
