WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Merchandise Coordinator, you will be the key support role to the merchant team assisting on all aspects of the day to day needs of the business. You will play a pivotal role in team admin, reporting, and data entry for product assortments. Reporting to the Merchant, you will: Own SKU creation and maintenance Manage SKU pricing updates including promotions Execute and distribute weekly and monthly reporting; Vendor dashboards, collection ranking, productivity reporting, SMART report management, and additional ad-hoc reporting as necessary Oversee comp collection and organization: requesting comps from vendors, organizing comps, and owning them when requested from other departments Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders Manage hotline online and invoice queue review Prepare for brand market meetings (prepare reports, support building the agenda, order lunches, book and prepare facilities and send out invites) Asset proofing and other administrative tasks Demonstrate.
