Are you a Service Now Administrator with strong leadership skills We're looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our client's Service Now Managed Services delivery on a permanent basis. As the Service Now Environment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage changes and maintain control of on-premises Service Now environments. Lead a dedicated team in providing top-notch support, enhancements, and managed services. Collaborate closely with clients, aligning services with their evolving business goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security of Service Now instances. Plan and coordinate upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep environments up to date. Guide clients in implementing best practices and actively lead project team members. Release Management: Manage updates between instances, ensuring correct synchronization. Handle backlog management and maintain environment access for development teams. Create and update support documentation.
