You will collaborate across departments to uphold ISO standards, address quality concerns, and implement health and safety initiatives. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety standards of our manufacturing operations. You will collaborate across departments to uphold ISO standards, address quality concerns, and implement health and safety initiatives. If you're passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring workplace safety, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement projects. Conduct supplier audits and internal audits for quality and environmental management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate problem resolution and continuous improvement. Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. Provide technical training and toolbox talks to employees. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in engineering or manufacturing environments. Familiarity with ISO standards and supplier auditing. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience with health, safety, and environmental systems, standards, and legislation. Additional qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH training would be advantageous.
