We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to join our Long Form Rentals team at Panalux, London! The Role: As Senior Account Manager, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact and needs backssment to deal negotiation, project execution, and final invoice approval. This includes identifying client needs, proposing solutions, negotiating contracts, overseeing project logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Provide exceptional customer service by delivering prompt and accurate communication, proactively addressing concerns, building strong relationships, and exceeding expectations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on equipment selection, project planning, and industry trends. Provide internal support by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts. Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and exceeding value expectations. Foster positive relationships with crew members to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. What you’ll bring to the role: Demonstratable experience in a similar account management role, preferably within the film/TV production industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable outcomes for clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, crew, and colleagues. Expert negotiation skills, capable of securing beneficial deals for both clients and the company. Strong technical knowledge of film/TV production equipment and industry standards.
