Job Description: Should be able to handle the administration of FileNet Should be able to handle install, upgrades, patching, etc Need to have solid experience in Linux Will be helping clients in the lower environment as well - This is an admin role not development role Any scripting experience is OK 4 plus years of experience Intermediate to expert knowledge of FileNet (CPE) Intermediate to expert knowledge of workflow (ICM, ICN) - Content manager & Content Navigator Very good knowledge of AIX/Linux commands (lots of folks were good in windows but not so much in AIX) as well as scripting. Very good knowledge on WebSphere administration/config Nice to Have: Cloud and AWS experience OR certification Roles and Responsibilities: Intermediate to expert knowledge of FileNet (CPE) Intermediate to expert knowledge of workflow (ICM, ICN) Very good knowledge of AIX/Linux commands (lots of folks were good in windows but not so much in AIX) as well as scripting. Very good knowledge on WebSphere administration/config ICC for SAP and other IBM tools Experience working in large environments/large data/content, product tuning. Independently owning complex tasks and customer interactions Excellent Prod issue troubleshooting (past exp in resolving challenging issues) Lower env maintenance (upgrades/maintenance/troubleshooting) Communication skills/Attitude Java coding knowledge a plus Available weekends and nights if needed.
