About the role Responsible for leading the design, coordination, and execution of all Contractor Sales & Marketing campaigns and initiatives. The position's primary objective will be to drive improved brand equity, loyalty and awareness of Leviton's complete value-add offering with electrical contractors. Independently and proactively, this position will take command of coordinating and implementing projects and programs, communicating between the Leviton sales channels and all Business Units. They will support the go-to-market strategy to increase sales, brand awareness and new opportunities across multiple products, applications, and execution of account-based marketing. Responsibilities Execute all contractor related tactics and activities necessary to successfully fulfill the Leviton marketing strategy in conjunction with the Contractor Technical Sales Team Conduct competitive market and customer research analysis to assess needs and opportunity to implement, manage, maintain, and refine Contractor Programs Promote innovative products and solutions in high-growth areas; intel gathered from sales channels should be recorded in Salesforce.com for nurturing potential customer relationships Investigate opportunities for collaboration and training with the retail channel and their professional customers Represent Leviton at professional functions, with key customers, and with marketing groups and at trade shows and industry events Develop and conduct recruitment programs to increase the number of electrical contractor contacts in the CRM distribution lists, expanding the profile data we possess to enable focused messaging Develop and execute a contractor loyalty/incentive program, defining enrollment goals and measurements of success Manage the MyLeviton Pro program; define enrollment goals and measures of success, and execute plan Utilize CRM data to maintain active and relevant communications with customers including consistent cadence of content delivery Own and manage the content of the Contractor page(s) on Leviton.com and report quarterly performance metrics, working closely with digital marketing for social media content Grow relationships in key organizations (NECA, IEC); identify and expand our presence as well as advertising, speaking, training & membership opportunities. Lead Leviton's presence at national and regional events with key associations (including NECA Premier Partner defined activities) Administer and monitor the National Electrical Code program, including the NEC Code Learning Lab as well as coordinate and maintain NEC code updates, including printed materials, website and relating training programs. Work with sales leadership to recommend and implement long range strategic planning activities Qualifications Strong critical thinking, organizational, planning, project management, and problem resolution skills with the proven ability to manage projects from inception through execution Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships and drive success is a cross functional environment Ability to inspire, motivate and influence behaviors to drive change across an organization Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels Must be able to build and maintain budget for various marketing programs Proven experience tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness through tools such as SFDC, Eloqua, etc. Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and ability to work effectively under pressure Must be versed in adult learning theory to create instructional programs both internally and externally Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a four-year College or University MBA preferred 5 plus years' experience in marketing related field Experience in the electrical industry is preferred, but not required Must have experience successfully developing and executing marketing strategies to support growth goals Travel Up to 20% travel What We Offer Comprehensive benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance programs 401K plans with employer-matching contributions Tuition reimbursement PTO Paid holidays Volunteer time off For more information about benefits, please go to: https://careers.leviton.com/benefits Leviton is an EEO/AA Employer.
