Marketing/Trade Show Specialist

Our client, a life sciences technology company located in Lowell, MA, is seeking a Marketing/Trade Show Specialist to join their team on a 3-month contract, with potential to extend. The schedule for this role is 8:30AM-5PM and it is compensating up to $28/hr. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today. Job Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of internal and external events from pre-planning, financial planning, determining resource needs, pre-event marketing, and on-site coordination, to post event follow up Research and collaborate with sales for upcoming events including demos Develop effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Supervise booth and assign duties for collaboration, and provide general direction at tradeshows as needed Manage transport and supplies as needed for events Co-operate fully with other departments in the company Assist with the deployment of marketing tactical activities as needed Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years relevant working experience (Trade Show experience ideally) Experience with Salesforce /Pardot Event coordination experience Advanced in MS software (Teams, ShareFile, Outlook, Excel) Smartsheet software tools Customer-focused attitude Team player; respectful of other people's time Ability to lift 25 pounds and to set up booths Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
