Job Description Extract Production Entry - Fort Collins, COThis is a full-time, hourly level position.$20.00 an hourThis position includes a $1,500 sign on bonus ($500 after the completion of a successful 90 day introductory period; $1,000 after the completion of 180 days of continuous employment)Job Summary:The Extract Production Entry performs all entry level tasks involved in the production of vanilla extract. The position follows all established SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Essential Job Functions: Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Extract Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all covered process activitiesAssist Operators with daily pre-operational setups Understand all cleaning procedures, including the PPE required to perform the task safelyStrictly follow all Process Safety Management regulations, including participation in emergency drillsComply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standardsStore ingredients properly and safely, using Julian dates and FIFOOperate entry level equipment, including bean chopping machine, pneumatic pallet jacks and tape gunsKeep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparationRepresent, promote and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policiesOther duties as assigned Job Qualifications: High school diploma or GED1+ years' manufacturing experience preferred Working Conditions:Employees in this position working at this location are or may be exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job.
