Our Commerical Assembly Technicians take pride building our Commercial line of ERVs from start to finish according to drawings and specifications making sure every unit meets the highest quality standards. Assembly technicians work in a team-environment to learn and troubleshoot together and achieve an efficient and safe workflow on the floor. RenewAire, the leader in manufacturing ERVs offers great pay, a great schedule, great benefits and a great work environment! $23.25/hr Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 1:15am with voluntary overtime available Full benefits such as 401k with up to a 6% match, well-funded health benefits, PTO, access to our fitness center Opportunity to earn more as you learn with our in-house certification program Other benefits to working 2nd shift More time for appointments No Rush Hour traffic Easy child-care schedule Less crowded grocery stores and other businesses Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 Years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent Experience in the trades is preferred (construction, electrical, HVAC etc) Experience with portable power tools and hand tools Experience with electrical wiring Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skills A team-oriented person with the future ability to train others Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, along with the ability to read measurements in inches and feet The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Salary Description $23.00/hr
