We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Head Housekeeper to join our team and uphold our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Position Overview: As the Executive Head Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas both internally and externally within the hotel, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is based on 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 and will include weekends Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and performance management of staff. Conduct regular inspections of all 170 guest bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards. Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing practices. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to address guest requests and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
