Estimated Start Date: November 1st, 2023 Purpose Contributes to the overall success of Marketing Operations in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are compliant with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Accountabilities • Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. • Champions a customer-first strategic approach by performing all new hires’ Onboarding and Offboarding supporting Global Marketing. • Possesses strong administrative skills and attention to detail with contract maintenance, resource onboarding/offboarding with Hardware, and Software to the Global Marketing Team Provide Hardware, Software and Technical support to the Global Marketing team within tight timelines. • Assist with publication of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting for the Executive Leadership and Marketing Co P (Community of Practice) Team, which includes but not limited to • Resource Maintenance and Updates • Organization Structure Management • Business Continuity Plan Test Updates, assist with managing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to maintain 100% compliancy • Proficient in defining and mapping internal processes, with the goal of closing gaps, mitigating risk; adhering to Risk and Control guidelines, and supporting Audit requirements. • Responsible for performing operational risk control tasks associated with the processes and controls. • Understands how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness.
