HR Butler consists of industry trained professionals able to provide valuable guidance and service in these fields. Our people drive our success. The Account Manager must be personable and professional, and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of group benefits and Affordable Care Act desired, including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, disability, and life. Ohio Insurance License preferred, but can be retained within the first 90 days of employment. Responsibilities Superior problem solving, resolution, and analysis skills Self-motivated and an independent thinker Demonstrate a commitment for excellence by action and overall team engagement Must be comfortable communicating interactively with all levels of a company Resourcefulness and ability to prioritize tasks Knowledge of group medical, ancillary benefits, underwriting concepts and PPACA preferred Effectively communicates all aspects of the account management cycle with assigned clients Continued education of changing benefit laws and regulations Actively contributes to the growth objectives by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new and/or increased lines of coverage Performs other work-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills) Group life health sales license or the ability to obtain the license in 90 days is required Bachelor's (B.A.) degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Proficiency with MS Office Products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Ability and motivation to build and maintain strong intercompany and client relationships Benefits of Working at HR Butler: Complimentary access to a diverse pool of professional development webinars Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc. Employer-paid LTD, STD, and Group Life 401(k) and 401(k) matching Paid Time Off
